RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns depend on the scenario. I am happy to discuss and do whatever I can to rectify. All shipping for returns will fall to buyer. There are no returns on custom orders unless they are not what was specified in conversations.
SHIPPING INFO
I am usually able to ship within 7 days of cleared payment. I will package items in a size appropriate package and protect the item from water damage. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under my control. I ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Insurance IS NOT included, but I am happy to add it on. To purchase insurance, please email me as soon as you place your order and I will let you know the price and adjust your invoice. All purchases are insured through USPS Insurance Services.
If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS I am not responsible.
